Kangeiko 2024 (Saturday 6th January)

Our most dedicated Zoku students arrived at 6am for our annual Kangeiko (Early morning winter training) today. It started off with students participating in a light jog/run followed by a mix of karate elements for an hour and a half. The training was followed by our dojo breakfast, where students got to socialise and get to know students they wouldn't necessarily train with. All students received a participation certificate and went away fully revitalised and ready for the day ahead.
